Business submits their listing. Our admin team reviews within 1–2 business days — checking contact details, CIPC number and category accuracy.
For Blue and Gold tiers, we verify the owner's identity and confirm the business is actively registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
Gold applicants must provide proof of valid public liability insurance and demonstrate at least 3 years of continuous trading.
Once verified, the Gold or Blue badge appears next to the business name across all listings, search results and the homepage — instantly visible to every client.
